Talentia, a French software provider (Finance and HR) dedicated to small and medium-sized companies for over 30 years, announces the appointment of Bastien Caillaut as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
This strategic recruitment of the former Mazars marketing director, who will also join Talentia’s Executive Committee, will support the group’s strong ambitions for growth and development all over Europe.
Talentia Software is a historic player in the market of HR and Finance software publishers, with 430 employees and a presence mainly in Europe. A key player in the SME/ETI market, Talentia has been conducting a deep change in R&D for the past four years to offer SMEs/ETIs solutions in line with the new market standards. Talentia’s solutions are now deployed in more than 2,000 mid-sized companies from various sectors, in nine countries including France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
At a time when the human resources function is being transformed by the hybridization of work methods, when financial reporting is being transformed to include extra-financial parameters (ESG), it is crucial to provide SMEs with flexible solutions that are regularly updated and adapted to their size and growth challenges.
Bastien Caillaut’s short bio
Bastien Caillaut joins Talentia as Chief Marketing Officer after more than five years as Marketing Director at Mazars. Bastien has nearly 15 years of experience in B2B marketing and more specifically in the promotion of complex services to general management, financial management and human resources management. He is a graduate of INSEEC.
Reporting directly to Pierre Polette, CEO of the group, Bastien Caillaut manages a team of about twenty employees.
