Talentia Software opens office in Chile to expand in LATAM

Talentia Software continues its growth in LATAM and opens a new office in Chile thanks to a partnership agreement with the Chilean company FULLCONTAX.

Talentia’s plan is to accelerate market expansion in LATAM

In 2021 Talentia increased by 50% SaaS Revenues thanks to an ambitious transformation process. With a strong presence in Southern Europe, Talentia plans to develop a geographic presence to accelerate worldwide growth. After DACH and North America, now LATAM. In fact, international business already represents 30% of Talentia’s turnover. The challenge is to double this representation and reach 60% of revenues outside France by 2023.

“For Talentia, IBERIA and LATAM are key regions to accelerate the international growth and position, specifically for the HCM solutions, as HR is now becoming a strategic function for companies in these two markets” points out Pierre Polette, CEO of the company.

Besides, the company now counts 10% more employees, and the SaaS revenues increased by 50%.

Developing presence and partnership in LATAM

Talentia Software’s plan is to expand in the Latin American market, where the company already has important clients.

In addition, local partners are crucial for the company’s expansion strategy in this market. Some of them are:

• QUANTIA in Mexico.
• CAPITAL SOFT in Peru.
• TECNASA in Panama.

So, Talentia continues to develop its partner channel with the signing of several agreements.
