Management of hyper-growth

I had three objectives. First of all, the HR department to be efficient in its day-to-day operations: accelerating payroll and recruitment and delivering a strong employee experience. My second objective was to go beyond simple "personnel administration" through 3 other fields: employee development, training, and change management so that all policies and activites were more in line with the Group. We needed to ensure that IT functions properly, and in particular that security against cyber attacks was flawless. Lastly, we had to help spread an agile culture within the company and be at the forefront of innovation.

The modularity, scalability and relevance of Talentia Software's solution appealed to future HR and Payroll users.
