This provides them with the following advantages:

  • Our employees manning the hotline are also consultants and are used to dealing with the challenges posed by the software solution as part of their daily work. This knowledge is a crucial advantage for the operation of our hotline.

Don’t pay twice! Having signed a maintenance contract, many customers have access to the manufacturer’s hotline, but when it comes to problems they fall back on their consultant, who then has to be paid.
