A set of tools developed thanks to the financial expertise of Talentia Software with seamless integration into Talentia People Management of a HR budget creation solution allowing you to perform advanced simulations and build a HR budget, HR forecasts or reforecasts collaboratively, taking account of various assumptions and with the option to generate exhaustive views and reports on HR activity from a financial perspective.

HCM solutions from Talentia provide HR with a configurable console allowing you to view numerous indicators (talents, headcounts, metrics, etc.), so that displays can be created for each user, depending on their responsibilities within the organisation, featuring the most useful information, while also maintaining the general confidentiality of data.
HCM solutions are available in “full web” versions guaranteeing identical access to all features both from a workstation and on the move on smartphone or tablet via the internet or dedicated application. They work in all the main web browsers on the market, in Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android environments. HCM solutions are available under licence from September and in SaaS mode from November 2017.
