Talentia Software, a leading company in the European market of solutions for financial and human resources management, has acquired the HR business unit of Gruppo Tekno, a company born in Turin that has over thirty years of experience in the field of products and specialized systems for business management.
Gruppo Tekno is a provider of software solutions that boasts more than 250 customers, many of which are of international caliber, specialized in three main areas: Assets Management, Human Resources Management and Workplace Safety.
The signed agreement provides for the complete acquisition of the business unit dedicated to HR solutions, which includes the active customer base and all the operating resources involved in this division.
The transaction confirms the strengthening and growth strategies pursued by Talentia Software in Italy. The investments have the objective of further strengthening its market position by increasing the level of expertise and professionalism, in order to expand the portfolio of active customers and prospects, thus speeding up the development strategies. To support the acquisition, the company decided to open a new office in Turin to ensure more timely services and assistance in that geographical area.
