“Talentia Software is reaching new heights thanks to the UK and France joining forces, so we are delighted to receive this honour and to have been recognised by this esteemed panel of judges. This award win is the icing on the cake for what has been a tremendous year of growth for the company. As a business we are driven by progress, and so are pleased to receive this accolade in recognition of our accomplishments on both sides of the Channel.”
The award is given annually to a British or French SME that exports its products and services to France or Great Britain, and that has successfully established one or more subsidiaries in either country for a minimum of two years. Talentia Software received the award on 26th November 2013 under the patronage of H.E. Sir Peter Ricketts, British Ambassador to France and H.E. Mr Bernard Ernie, French Ambassador to the UK.
Co-organised by the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain (FCCGB) and the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry in France (FBCCI), the awards have been recognising and rewarding success in cross-border trade and investments between France and Great Britain since 2000.
The judges invited Talentia Software’s executive team to attend following a successful presentation made by the global company to the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce, which outlined Talentia Software’s international growth and strong links with the UK.
“We felt that Talentia Software was deserving of this award due to the company’s clear demonstration of its commitment to strategic cooperation between the UK and France,” stated Catherine Le Yaouanc, General Manager of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Accepting the award, Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro, CEO of Talentia Software, said, “This award recognises the values that we proudly hold and implement as a business: a strategic plan that gives us a very clear idea of our future direction; shareholders and partners who believe in our work; and closely knit teams of talented individuals at all levels of the company.”
Talentia Software was formed following the acquisition by leading financial management software supplier, Lefebvre Software, of Cezanne Software Holding Ltd, an established international HR and talent management software supplier, in February 2013. The two companies subsequently rebranded in April 2013 to better reflect Talentia Software’s new range of HR and finance solutions and its unified international status.
“Talentia Software is reaching new heights thanks to the UK and France joining forces, so we are delighted to receive this honour and to have been recognised by this esteemed panel of judges,” states Julie Windsor, UK Managing Director of Talentia Software. “This award win is the icing on the cake for what has been a tremendous year of growth for the company. As a business we are driven by progress, and so are pleased to receive this accolade in recognition of our accomplishments on both sides of the Channel.”
