Throughout the world, we support different initiatives consistent with our values and missions.
In addition to the collection of paper for recycling in partnership with the La Poste group, and mobile phones in partnership with Emmaüs International and Ateliers du Bocage, our main initiatives:
In 2015, Talentia agreed to be one of the main sponsors of a women’s team supporting the values conveyed by rallying, which combines challenge and adventure, both sporting and entrepreneurial. Talentia Software, which fully supports a mixed culture and diversity within its company as well as its ecosystem as a whole, fully shares the human and citizenship values shown by Morgane & Mélisa.Willpower and the desire to exceed one’s limits, team spirit and solidarity are deeply anchored in the company’s DNA.
Since its founding in November 2009, Talentia has been the main sponsor of a vocational training center in Senegal dedicated to IT, the XamTic Centre, whose role is to provide vocational training to disadvantaged young people in the Mbour region in fields such as IT and accounting.
Talentia Software’s purchase of water coolers funded the installation of an “Elephant” pump to provide the community with fresh drinking water in 2014.
Talentia’s purchases from Garraways helps to support Ugandan children by offering scholarships to children and young people who live or work on the streets of Uganda.
microDON is the pioneer in France of “onboard giving”, the principle of which is to allow opportunities for generous acts on a day to day basis, and thus allow people to make micro-gifts (from a few cents to a few Euros) on their invoices, pay slips, receipts, online purchases…Talentia has developed – and implemented within its company – a module adapted to its Talentia HR payroll solution, made available to its Customers free of charge, to collect sums resulting from rounded up balances, benefitting associations via a dedicated portal on the microDON site.The amounts collected are generally duplicated by the company, in solidarity with its Employees.BNP Paribas is among the numerous Talentia customers that use this functionality.
In Italy, Talentia is one of the founders and members of a forum dedicated to corporate social responsibility which aims to disseminate a business culture of social responsibility and sustainable growth.Seminars and events are organized for local companies in subjects such as ethical finance, sustainable development and gender equality policies.
Supporting Susan Homen, each year the female staff of our subsidiary in Italy take part in a 5 km run called “Race for the Cure” to raise awareness and collect funds for breast cancer.
Talentia entrusts the recycling of its printer cartridges to Macmillan, which supports cancer research.
Every year, the various Talentia branches in Europe buy Christmas cards from charity organizations.In 2013, our Spanish office supported UNICEF, and our Italian branches supported ActionAid.In the past we have supported Save the Children, Médecins sans Frontières and the AMREF.
Talentia’s French offices support Enfance Majuscule which helps all children who are suffering.
Talentia employees participate in the Gala de l’Espoir, which supports a different cause each year.In November 2013, the gifts collected were distributed to the League against Cancer
