Talentia Software, a publisher specialised in corporate performance management software, announces the release of version 10.2 of its Talentia HCM solutions.

A comprehensive range of human capital management tools

Talentia HCM is a comprehensive and collaborative set of human resources management tools, which meets the full range of companies’ needs throughout the period of a member of staff’s employment.

Talentia HCM offers solutions that can be adapted to suit a company’s maturity and are scalable to help it meet its obligations while also providing all the tools it needs to better manage, engage, motivate, develop and retain its employees, identify and help any who are struggling, and monitor their training, skills and careers.

Talentia Recruiting & Onboarding

All the tools you need for recruitment, from submitting authorisation requests to posting job offers online, advanced management of CV libraries and attachments, cost monitoring, enabling you to streamline and protect essential tasks using workflows, individual and collective monitoring of recruitment processes (campaigns, statuses, results), the automatic management of information on applicants who later become employees without any re-entry of data and with automatic export to payroll, supporting multi-country, multi-language implementations, with an e-recruitment module that is integrated into the company’s website and accessible to applicants.

Talentia People Development

Talentia People Development – Encompasses training tools (see below), performance management, and talent, succession and career management. The performance tools give managers and employees access to their appraisals, featuring the management of skills grids and harmonised goals, a system of automatic updates, the deployment of workflows for everyone involved in the appraisal processes, the sending of alerts, 9-box talent matrices, standard process libraries (e.g. 360°), goal-setting tools and scales with configurable values and levels, and the management of results sheets factoring in the cascading goals set for employees and strategic workforce planning processes.

The talent management tools enable you to calibrate the company’s expectations by cross-checking separate criteria with configurable levels, and offer analytical tools that generate overall summaries according to configurable indicators for a better overview of the employee’s talent map. It also offers all the tools you need to deploy and monitor development or administrative action plans, which can be recurring or automated.

Talentia People Development also includes the features needed to monitor successions and careers, with a complete overview of the key people and posts in the organisation, factor business needs into organisational planning, and create effective career and succession plans, the whole package being designed to be deployed in several countries and on multiple sites simultaneously.

The 10.2 edition includes the following features: a new Continuous Feedback module enabling employees to appraise each other, within teams or across the whole company, in order to give management and HR additional information on the talents and performances of staff, with the option to include fun features and competitions.

Talentia Learning

All the tools you need to save time for training managers thanks to a clearer picture of the training needs of their teams, and workflows to smoothly manage plans and align needs with the training courses available, with a complete range of indicators needed to steer the activity. The solution helps all employees to drive their own journeys – with management of the individual training passport (diplomas, qualifications, personal training account counters, histories, etc.) – while also allowing HR to meet their legal, social and fiscal obligations, optimising budgets and finances, enabling monitoring of the training courses provided, and allowing trainees to carry out instant and considered assessments.

The new 10.2 edition now includes a full E-Learning solution which manages requests from employees and managers, manages the catalogue, and delivers the requested training courses on a secure platform.

Talentia Comp & Ben

Provides a full picture of remunerations, with totally secure access to sensitive information, including multi-currency management of remunerations with dated exchange rates. It is also a comprehensive analysis module, allowing you to cross-check information, run simulations based on configurable hypotheses, and adjust your salary policy based on:

  • business and team member performance data
  • budget increases in percentage or value terms, with the option to break data down by sub-group (level of remuneration, grade, performance, post, etc.)
  • indicators to compare actual results with a range of forecasts, recommendations made by managers, or the various scenarios drawn up by the HR department or top management.
Talentia Budgeting & Planning

A set of tools developed thanks to the financial expertise of Talentia Software with seamless integration into Talentia People Management of a HR budget creation solution allowing you to perform advanced simulations and build a HR budget, HR forecasts or reforecasts collaboratively, taking account of various assumptions and with the option to generate exhaustive views and reports on HR activity from a financial perspective.

Modularity and ease of use

These easy-to-use and modular tools offer an instant overview of all the key HR information in order to improve your understanding and use of strategic data, enabling you make decisions quickly and effectively thanks to customisable reports which provide a multidimensional picture in real time. HCM solutions from Talentia provide HR with a configurable console allowing you to view numerous indicators (talents, headcounts, metrics, etc.), so that displays can be created for each user, depending on their responsibilities within the organisation, featuring the most useful information, while also maintaining the general confidentiality of data.

HCM solutions are available in “full web” versions guaranteeing identical access to all features both from a workstation and on the move on smartphone or tablet via the internet or dedicated application. They work in all the main web browsers on the market, in Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android environments. HCM solutions are available under licence from September and in SaaS mode from November 2017. HCM solutions can be interfaced with Talentia PAYROLL solutions (payroll management and administrative staff management) and with all the payroll engines available on the European market.

New budgetary simulation and analysis tools to enhance the benchmark solution in terms of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.

Talentia Software, a publisher of specialised software to manage corporate operational performance, announces the availability of version 8 of its Talentia Financial Performance solution, which groups together Talentia Budgeting & Planning and Talentia Consolidation & Reporting, previously marketed under the name of Talentia CPM.

A Full financial performance management solution

Talentia Financial Performance is a comprehensive and collaborative financial performance management offer to cover all of an organisation’s management and planning requirements in the short, medium and long term.

The new version 8 incorporates new budget simulation tools that go much further in terms of forecasting. It is able to project an organisation into the future by comparing and assessing various strategic scenarios, taking into account several assumptions, different characteristics, conditions or rates, while integrating data history to develop forecasts.

The new version includes new “Breakback”-type modelling and calculation features that enable mass changes to large aggregates in order to quickly model the impact of changes in business principles and logic, and to observe the effects of these changes in real time.

Full-web On Premise or SaaS solutions to manage and optimise financial performance

Talentia Financial Performance is a modular solution offering the full set of budgeting tools, with simulation modules and tools to improve forecasting intelligence, and with strategic financial reporting tools relying on data analysis systems (Business Intelligence) and statutory consolidation systems, by business and by consolidation standards (CRC 99-02, IFRS, etc.).

It is available in SaaS or licence mode, with a full range of hosting solutions in Europe.

Talentia Financial Performance includes two products that can be purchased separately:

Talentia Budgeting & Planning covers all key stages of the process, ranging from collection to the automation of forecasts, including the aggregation of budgets and the recovery of information enabling a thorough analysis of performance. It allows companies to easily model their management rules based on the organisation of their activities, and to make its forecasting reliable in a collaborative work environment.

The Talentia Consolidation & Reporting statutory consolidation solution is a tool including a full pre-configuration in line with local and international consolidation standards. It can be used to analyse and simulates financial statements while ensuring the comprehensiveness and quality of financial information.

A solution opened to all aspects

The solution relies on a centralised repository and offers complete visibility of the company’s situation in real time, making it possible to combine decision-making and forecasting aspects for quick and optimum decision-making. Talentia Finance Performance is now open and able to interact with HR environments, investments and even project management to cover with even greater ease the various aspects of corporate management within a single solution.

Adapting to the continuous changes in IFRS standards and the main European GAAPs, the solution is also perfectly integrated with the different accounting solutions on the market and their modular approaches enable them to meet user requirements and priorities.

Talentia Financial Performance (previously Talentia CPM) is a leading benchmark solution, the only French solution featured in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, which has served more than 4,000 users for more than 10 years. Talentia Software announces the appointment of Nadine Carapetian to a new post as Services Director Europe

Talentia Software, the publisher of specialised corporate performance management software, announces the appointment of Nadine Carapetian, previously Managing Director France, to the newly created post of Services Director Europe.

A new, cross-cutting department dedicated to globalising our service offering and customer satisfaction

As part of its increasing internationalisation, with a direct presence in six countries and the development of a network of partners, the Talentia Software group is creating a European Services department, whose main role will be to accompany the transformation and globalisation of the group’s service offerings, strengthen their coherence and ensure their harmonisation. It will also be responsible for the organisation, development and deployment of the “Customer Satisfaction” department and for creating and setting up a Talentia University project.

Nadine Carapetian, who also joins the Group’s board, has been Managing Director France since January 2015 and was previously Talentia Software’s Services Director in France for eight years.

Reaffirming a European ambition

Talentia Software is pursuing its ambition of becoming a key European player in corporate performance management for businesses in Europe, with expertise in two main areas: dedicated financial management software on the one hand (accounting, reporting, budgeting and consolidation), and Human Resources (payroll and human capital management) on the other.

The group realised €55,4M in 2016 and has a direct presence in six European countries. It is currently deploying an indirect distribution and integration network to strengthen its position in its current territories and expand into other European countries.

The group is implementing three strategic priorities: growth and deployment, by strengthening its positions in countries where Talentia Software has a direct presence (France, UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece); the development of its indirect network, the Global Partner Channel; and as always, innovation: the group continues to invest at least 15% of its turnover in R&D.

Today Talentia Software also announces the appointment of Xavier Daguzan to the post of Managing Director France to replace Nadine Carapetian.
